Briarcliff Brewing is an educational blog about making legally home brewed beer in the state of Georgia. We made our first batch on a turkey fryer in January 2013 at our Briarcliff Road apartment and have been learning and expanding the operation ever since. The blog posts and pages detail the activities of the brewers and the operations of the home brewery.
